Reviews:
Fast paced and exciting from start to finish. This book was hard to put down it was so good.] have read all three and enjoyed this one immensely. Highly recommend all three books in the series.
Just finished book 3…loved the ending. It kept alive the assumption that money and ruthlessness can get one out of everything legal. Of course, I gave it 5 stars! You owe me a beer because I spent late nights when I couldn’t put it down and gave up sleep. (BA)
I finished your Phase III book and was surprised with the ending. The historical complex mind of the author must be a little twisted to detail all and each of the properties’ intrigant elements. It was a damn good read. (DF)
I just finished Phase III, and it might be my favorite of the series. Congratulations on putting together such an exciting story. I really enjoyed them. You should really feel great about the accomplishment of having the skill and drive to write such a great trilogy. I look forward to future works. (GS)
I read all three books and loved them. I wanted to kill Mr. X. He is a great character who is so unique. I laughed out loud throughout the books. (LK)
Just finished your new book and really enjoyed it. Finished it in two days. Thanks for writing such an entertaining series. (MH)
As a real estate nerd I couldn’t put it down. I know you said some of it was based on a composite of characters you interacted with over the years. I could relate to a TON of that. Doctored estoppels, misappropriated funds, etc.
Either you had evil real estate developer clients or you have a great imagination. Either way, I loved the book. (JK)
What an ending! (WB)
As an avid reader of novels, I enjoyed this story of an amoral office developer who built his success with business acumen, avarice and extortion. Despite being repelled by Kellogg’s veniality; the author drew me in. We all know of people who are seemingly able to get away with outrageously stretching and/or breaking rules to achieve their goals. We are both fascinated and disgusted but can’t look away, this is a page turner. The financial pit falls of the “go-go ‘80’s”, provide interesting background to the plot twists that can increase his wealth or bring his downfall. I was hooked. (KB)
I read with interest your three books, and I found them clever and well written…a Dallas/Dynasty/Falcon Crest type story except in the real estate world

ChatGPT comments: “This novel is best suited for readers who enjoy corporate thrillers, legal dramas, and morally complex protagonists. It’s not a light read—it dives into the gritty mechanics of finance and law—but that’s exactly what makes it compelling. If you liked House of Cards or Billions, this trilogy scratches a similar itch with a real estate twist.”
